The device has a flattened or hollow-cylinder-shaped body (1) including openings (3) that are limited by bars (2) to be connected with each other in single piece. One of the bars includes a cross sectional profile that varies along a longitudinal axis of the bars, where the bars comprise square cross sectional profiles. The bars comprise inner and outer surfaces (4, 5) that are concentrically arranged to each other over length of the bars and limited by two bar edges. The bars include two side surfaces (6, 7), where orientations of the side surfaces are changed along longitudinal axis of bars. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a medical device for inserting into a body hollow organ.
