The device has heat exchanger (4) arranged between warm sector (3) and cold sector (5) that are arranged at the sides of the hollow chambers (1,2). The displacement pistons (6,7) respectively arranged in the hollow chambers, are coupled via an operation lever (8), such that a gap is formed between piston and wall of chamber. The external heat supplied to the warm sector is transferred to the cold sector through the working medium by using the heat exchanger, during the displacement of working piston (9).
