The device has a crash helmet (7) fitted on patient's skull and comprising sixty microphone sensors equipped with nano-probes that are distributed at functional interior positions of brain and cerebral cortex. The sensors are connected to an assembly for recording, processing and managing computer data. The assembly comprises software and display screen i.e. corpus, for allowing automatic establishment of total diagnoses. The sensors are connected to power transformers exempting a macro-translation readable on indicators for measuring collected and recorded nano data.
