The assembly comprises a box (10) designed to be partially buried, where the buried part of connection elements provides a connection between an internal volume of the box and conduits for supplying a feed water with respect to a swimming pool, and a heat pump (20) adapted to transfer heat from the air towards water, where the internal volume of the box is divided into a first compartment (V1), in which the heat pump circulates the air coming from an outside of the box between openings (14, 15), and a second compartment (V2) conceived to receive a physical water treatment unit. The assembly comprises a box (10) designed to be partially buried, where the buried part of connection elements provides a connection between an internal volume of the box and conduits for supplying a feed water with respect to a swimming pool, and a heat pump (20) adapted to transfer heat from the air towards water, where the internal volume of the box is divided into a first compartment (V1), in which the heat pump circulates the air coming from an outside of the box between openings (14, 15) delimited by a box part that is not buried, and a second compartment (V2) conceived to receive a physical water treatment unit, which is arranged inside the internal volume of the box connectable with the heat pump and the connection elements and includes a unit for pumping and filtering water. The internal volume has a value of 2-3 m 3. The box includes a transverse internal wall that isolates a part of the first compartment with respect to less part of the second compartment. The heat pump includes an evaporator that is swept by the air circulating between the openings and a compressor that is at least partially arranged on the circulation of air between the openings. The unit of pumping and filtration is connected upstream of the heat pump. The physical water treatment unit includes a salt electrolyzer and/or a pH regulator that are connected downstream from the heat pump. The box comprises a tank that is opened at an end and delimits the internal volume of the box, and a removable lid adapted to close an end of the tank in a reversible manner, where the openings delimited by the part that is not buried is delimited by the tank, or delimited by the tank and the lid. The lid includes a moving part for closing the first compartment and a moving part for closing the second compartment, where the moving parts are removable in an independent manner.
