PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent zebrafish by which an evaluation test of a medicine (especially an antibody medicine) effectively, and a biological imaging evaluation method using a zebrafish manufactured by the method.;SOLUTION: A method of the invention is for manufacturing a stripeless and transparent zebrafish which is acquired by crossing a parental line 1 of a zebrafish with loss of stripes, and a parental line 2 of a zebrafish with loss of skin pigment cells. A biological imaging evaluation method includes (1) a transplant process for transplanting a heterogeneous cancer cell, (2) an administration process for administering an antibody against the cancer cell in the body of the zebrafish, and (3) an observation process for observing fluorescence in the body of the zebrafish after the transplant process and the administration process, for the zebrafish manufactured by the above method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
