PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting sheet which is easily peelable after being adhered on translucent tabular panels covering openings of a building.SOLUTION: A light-transmissive daylighting sheet is to be adhered on translucent tabular panels covering openings of a building and comprises a sheet-like sheet body and an adhesive layer which contains adhesive and is formed on one side of the sheet body. The sheet body comprises a translucent base material layer and a light scattering layer for scattering light formed on one surface of the base material layer. The light scattering layer comprises a plurality of light transmissive portions for transmitting light arranged next to each other along the one surface of the base material layer, and light scattering portions which are arranged between adjacent light transmissive portions and are filled with a light scattering material. When the daylighting sheet is adhered on the panel via the adhesive layer, adhesion between the adhesive layer and the sheet body is stronger than adhesion between the adhesive layer and the panel.
