PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal sheet for drawing-and-squeezing cans which has excellent moldability in drawing and squeezing working under dry conditions and can provide a drawing-and-squeezing can having excellent appearance brilliance.SOLUTION: A resin-coated metal sheet for drawing-and-squeezing cans is to be formed into a can by drawing-and-squeezing molding and has a resin layer on the surface serving as the can outside surface of the metal sheet, and the resin layer is made of a resin having a storage elastic modulus of 500 MPa or lower in the temperature range of 90-150°C and a rupture elongation of 100% or higher in the temperature range of 90-150°C.
