PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that many plants wither when fine weather continues, though safety to soil pressure and an earthquake is secured, for inputting crushed stones to a back face when installing concrete blocks in stairs shape as a method for greening a concrete wall surface.;SOLUTION: As a structure of not using crushed stones for a back face when installing concrete blocks in stairs shape, a safe structure is formed by installing an anchor to the concrete block to be fixed in the soil of the back face for securing safety to the soil pressure and the earthquake, and also by supplying moisture by a redistribution phenomenon of the moisture since planting soil in the concrete block and sediment of the back face are directly connected via an opening part of the back face of the concrete block, without sandwiching a crushed stone layer between them, in the relationship between the planting soil for supporting growth of plants and the sediment of the back face.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
