PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for effectively supporting work for resuming gas supply to a gas supply stopped area in a construction for recovering a supply defect which is incurred in a gas supply network by a disaster or the like.;SOLUTION: A disaster-time supply-stopped gas customer information management system comprises a classification section and a tap opening information generation section. The classification section classifies a gas supply stopped area in which gas supply is stopped by tap closing of a cutoff valve in a disaster recovery construction, into a plurality of recovery blocks of collective houses/large-scaled buildings in which lead-in pipe cutoff valves are interposed in lead-in pipes connected to gas meters, and detached buildings in which the lead-in pipe cutoff valves are not interposed. The tap opening information generation section generates tap opening information for tap opening work for the cutoff valve in a tap-closed state in the recovery block separately for collective house/large-scaled building tap opening information for the collective houses/large-scaled buildings and detached building tap opening information for detached buildings.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
