PURPOSE: A small company customer management system regarding a visiting customer as a service customer, and a recording medium storing a program for realizing customer management are provided to enhance a service quality for the customer and the efficiency of the customer marketing by automatically extracting or managing the service information and the marketing information needed to advance related process. CONSTITUTION: A customer sales processor(110) inputs/outputs the information needed for each customer service step of the small company from databases(160-190), and processes the information. A customer marketing processor(120) inputs/outputs the information needed for each marketing step for the customer from a database, and processes the information. A data management part(140) inserts or extracts the requested data by linking with the database. A computer user interface(130) receives a request for inputting/outputting the information from a user.
