PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an energy saving effect without damaging convenience in an elevator with an elevator energy saving control device mounted.;SOLUTION: An elevator energy saving control device includes an RFID tag receiver 1. The elevator energy saving control device detects a user's ID through the RFID tag receiver 1, and identifies a user on the basis of the user's ID (S104). The elevator energy saving control device detects the number of moved floors of the user (S110), and compares the number with the preset number of use restriction floors (S112).
