PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently adjust the timing of power generation and consumption by using a battery for an electric vehicle, even if the amount of power generated by regenerative energy is increased. PSOLUTION: The electric vehicle charging/discharging device charges a battery arranged at the electric vehicle 3a from a power accumulator 2 supplied with power from a system 1. The electric vehicle charging/discharging device is provided with a charging means as well as a discharging means.
