PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conceal a content of voice after suppressing noise level increase. PSOLUTION: A voice information privacy system includes: a microphone Mic which receives utterance voice of a customer 6 who is in a booth 2, and generates a voice signal for expressing it; an SD (sound deformation) controller part SD for changing the voice signal generated by the microphone Mic; and a speaker SP which converts the voice signal changed by the SD controller part SD, to voice, and outputs it to an adjoining booth 2' where the utterance voice is listened to. The SD controller part SD includes; a part extracting part for extracting a consonant part from the voice signal generated by the microphone Mic; a part change part which converts or time inverts the consonant part; and an output part for outputting the voice signal in which the consonant part is converted or inverted.
