PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate video quality even when video captured by a camera is used as deteriorated video.;SOLUTION: A video monitor-displayed on a mobile terminal is captured. A signal of the captured video (deteriorated video) is compared and matched with reference video pixels prepared in advance. A matching video signal which is a pair of reference video matched with the deteriorated video is output. An objective evaluation value is obtained based on the matching video signal and accompanying information which is frame rate information of the reference video and the deteriorated video per unit time. To match the reference video with the deteriorated video, by using one of position correction, size correction, trapezoid correction and color correction or a combination thereof, as a matching condition, there is used a condition such that either a sum of difference values of the pixels of the reference video from the corresponding deteriorated video becomes minimum, or a PSNR value of both videos becomes maximum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
