PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying data to an external application.;SOLUTION: A place where a moving object stands still is periodically recorded so as to form recording of siting consisting of the place and time. Then, the recording of the siting is analyzed according to at least one standard to be specified by an external application to which data is supplied.
