The retainer member 33 installed on both the sides of the equipment installation portion 31 is formed in such a shape as to have an L-shaped cross section while a hole, through which the supporting leg 19 can pass, is provided on one surface, and a fixing bracket 36 can be joined to the other surface. A supporting leg holding portion 43 is hooked on a nut 49 by the fixing bracket 36. This can prevent the upward backlash of the retainer member 33.
