A composition comprising a compound of formula III characterized by the structure: or its isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutical product, hydrate, or N -oxide, and a chemotherapeutic agent. The chemotherapeutic agent may comprise a taxane and a platinum compound, such as carboplatin and docetaxel. The composition is for use in treating cancer in a subject.
