A Bezier curve drawing device is configured as follows. A control pointcoordinateacquiring unit (10) acquires the coordinates of a plurality of control pointsof a Bezier curve.An inter-control point distance calculation unit (11) selects, using theminimum distance of aresolution for displaying the Bezier curve as a unit, either the horizontaldistance or the verticaldistance of adjacent control points of the Bezier curve, whichever is greater,adds up thusselected distances between adjacent control points, the added-up value beingcalculated as anindicator of the length of the Bezier curve. A division number setting unit(12) sets, based onthe indicator of the length, the number of divisions to be used when theBezier curve is dividedand drawn. A Bezier division apex calculation unit (16) calculates, accordingto the number ofdivisions set by the division number setting unit (12), the coordinates of theend points of eachinterval obtained by dividing the Bezier curve.
