The present invention relates to an informatized operation recording system self-contained in an urban rail transit system device, comprising: a control centre which comprises a core fingerprint identification server, a core database and a log database; an indoor device which comprises a fingerprint input device with a fingerprint lock being arranged thereon; and an outdoor device which comprises a fingerprint identification terminal interface box and a fingerprint identification mobile terminal. The present invention is suitable for the fingerprint identification terminal box under a rail transit environment. The fingerprint identification terminal interface box is additionally mounted to an outdoor system device, and the fingerprint lock is additionally mounted to the indoor device. The databases are used to realize the functions of recording of basic information about maintenance/operation personnel, information inquiry, data statistics, identity comparison, illegal access alarm, geographic location inquiry, problem backtracking and the like. The operation security of the rail transit device and the management level of the rail transit device are improved, and the real-time monitoring of an access device is realized.
