Disclosed is a system which electronically enables a process of issue, transfer, negotiation and suggestion for an electronic distribution of bill of lading. The present invention relates to a system which processes the bill of lading electronically by linking with a trade portal, a distribution portal, and electronic letter of credit ASP portal service of an electronic trade platform. The present invention provides an electronic bill of lading distribution management system which processes issue, transfer, negotiation, paper conversion and suggestion of the electronic bill of lading by linking with an electronic negotiation system, a title registry, and an electronic document storage etc., to allow the entire processes regarding the distribution of bill of lading between trading firms (shippers), shipping firms, forwarders, and banks to be processed electronically.
