The present invention provides a pre-stressed precast retaining wall to which decorations are applicable and which is provided to secure excellent construction ability by manufacturing a base plate, a slope supporting unit and a wall plate separately in a factory and by assembling and installing the base plate, the slope supporting unit and the wall plate at a construction site; to have excellent bonding power by making the base plate, the slope supporting unit and the wall plate coupled to each other, and by applying pre-stress to the combination among the base plate, the slope supporting unit and the wall plate; and to increase stiffness of the wall; and a retaining wall construction method thereof. The pre-stressed precast retaining wall according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base plate which has a rectangular plate shape, a first connection groove formed on the front upper part thereof, a second connection groove formed on the rear upper part, and a steel wire coupling hole penetrating from one side end to the other side end thereof; a protrusion supporting unit which has a rectangular shape formed at right angles to the base plate, and a wire coupling hole protruding from the center thereof and penetrating from one side end and the other side end thereof; a wall plate having a supporting unit protruding forwardly from the lower end thereof, wherein the supporting unit is mounted on and combined with the second connection groove of the base plate; and a slope supporting unit having an arm, which has a lower supporting part protruding from the lower end thereof and an upper supporting part protruding from the upper end thereof, slantly formed thereon, wherein the lower supporting part is mounted on and combined with the first connection groove of the base plate and the upper supporting plate is fixed on and combined with the protrusion supporting unit of the wall plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
