The present invention relates to an educational complex device and, more particularly, to an educational complex device which includes an optical disk player, a set-top box, and an external memory card including studying contents in a memory slot. The present invention has a complex studying effect through the terminal by playing an optical disk medium using the optical disk player, executing a daily studying program through the external memory card embedding a language education program in a plurality of memory slots in a bezel, and watching an on-line educational broadcasting using the set-top box.
