The present invention relates to a suspicious transaction management system, a suspicious transaction management method in the system, and an apparatus therefor. The suspicious transaction management system according to the present invention is able to judge a suspicious transaction more accurately when judging whether to report the suspicious transaction by requesting an analysis and an investigation to many investigators when the suspicious transaction is generated in a suspicious type by: collecting opinions according to preset standards if an opinion is provided after requesting a suspicious transaction opinion to a financial institution terminal of an employee who is in charge of suspicious transactions when a suspicious transaction happens; and performing a suspicious transaction report according to judgment results if a judgment result is received from a manager terminal after transmitting the collected opinions to the manager terminal.
