HYBRID VIBRATION ISOLATOR USING VOICE COIL MOTOR WITH HALBACH MAGNET ARRAY

The present invention relates to a hybrid vibration isolator using a voice coil motor and a Halbach magnet array. The hybrid vibration isolator includes a lower plate, an upper plate which is located on the lower plate and supports an object, a coil spring which connects the upper plate to the lower plate, a horizontal active vibration isolator which implements vibration insulation in a horizontal direction, and a vertical active vibration isolator which implements vibration insulation in a vertical direction. The present invention provides a vibration isolation system which enhances and optimizes magnetic flux by applying a Halbach magnet array and allows maximum performance per a unit size.
