PURPOSE: A production method of a mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film is provided to obtain the mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film which has a stable and regular structure from a combination of a surface-modified titanium dioxide nanoparticle, and an amphiphilic branched copolymer temperate polymer. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film comprises the following steps: obtaining a surface-modified titanium dioxide nanoparticle; obtaining a polymer template solution by dispersing an amphiphilic branched copolymer temperate polymer in a solvent, and adding the surface-modified titanium dioxide nanoparticle into the polymer template solution to obtain a sol solution; and dropping and casting the sol solution, and sintering the sol solution at a high temperature. The surface-modified titanium dioxide nanoparticle obtaining process is conducted by mixing a titania precursor, toluene, and benzyl alcohol, and performing the hydrothermal reaction at 50-100C for 8-24 hours. In the polymer template solution obtaining process, 5-15 wt% of copolymer temperate polymer is dispersed in the solvent.
