PURPOSE: A producing method of mesoporous titanium dioxide using a graft copolymer as a template, and a dye-sensitized solar cell using thereof are provided to control the crystallinity of the titanium dioxide by adjusting the rate of hydrophobic group in an amphiphilic branched copolymer. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mesoporous titanium dioxide uses an amphiphilic branched copolymer containing a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group as a template for producing a titanium dioxide thin film from a Ti precursor. The weight ratio of the hydrophilic group and the hydrophobic group is 1:0.3~3. The Ti precursor is selected from the group consisting Ti-(n)butoxide, Ti-(n)ethoxide, Ti-(n)isopropoxide, Ti-(n)propoxide, and TiCl4.
