The present invention relates to a dynamic item management system of multi-version protocols and method thereof. More specifically, the dynamic item management system using a service reference server (SRS) and the method thereof relate to an apparatus including multi-version protocols which allows dynamic binding to dynamically transmit data according to the type of the data to be transmitted and the network environment when the configuration elements are transmitting data in a remote multimedia system using the SRS for the data collection, parsing, and historization of databases performed between the multi-version protocols.
