The present invention relates to a system and a method for supplying a benefit for using an associated facility using room key information of a near field communication (NFC) terminal, and more specifically, to a technology which relieves the burden of issuing coupons for enabling a lodger to get a discount on using a nearby tourist site facility and reduces a time loss while promoting uses of the coupon because the lodger doesnt have to search for a necessary coupon among issued coupons. In order to accomplish this, the system for supplying a benefit for using an associated facility using room key information of a NFC terminal comprises a room information database, a key information transmitting unit, a key information receiving unit, and a product use information database. The room information database stores user information including NFC terminal information, room information, and room use period information. The key information transmitting unit transmits key information corresponding to a room, which is allocated to the user, to the NFC terminal of the user. The key information receiving unit receives the key information stored in the NFC terminal and product use information of the associated facility from a terminal of the associated facility. The product use information database stores the product use information to which the received benefit of the associated facility applies.
