The present invention relates to an animal model of spontaneous gastric cancer and gastric cancer cell lines derived therefrom for the evaluation of the efficacy and toxicity of an immunotherapeutic agent and a gastric cancer therapeutic agent, or for the detection of a metastasis inhibiting gene and the development of a metastasis inhibitor. Specifically, according to the present invention, the animal model of gastric cancer and the gastric cancer cell lines derived therefrom are similar to human gastric cancer in histopathological characteristics, and it has been verified that the sizes of cancer cells of the gastric cancer cell lines were reduced by a 4-1BB inhibitor having anticancer activity. Accordingly, it has been verified that the gastric cancer cell lines can be practically used to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of an immunotherapeutic agent and a gastric cancer therapeutic agent. In addition, one of the gastric cancer cell lines in the present invention metastasizes quickly so a metastasis-related gene can be detected by making a comparison with other gastric cancer cell lines with respect to gene expression. Furthermore, the metastasis-related gene can be practically used to develop a metastasis inhibitor and evaluate the efficacy of the metastasis inhibitor. Therefore, according to the present invention, it has been verified that the animal model of gastric cancer and the gastric cancer cell lines instead of an immunosuppressive mouse can be practically used to evaluate the efficacy of a gastric cancer inhibitor and a gastric cancer metastasis inhibitor and to evaluate the efficacy of an immunotherapeutic agent.
