The present invention relates to an animal model of spontaneous gastric cancer and gastric cancer cell lines derived therefrom for the evaluation of the efficacy and toxicity of an immunotherapeutic agent and a gastric cancer therapeutic agent, or for the detection of a metastasis inhibiting gene and the development of a metastasis inhibitor.
