The element has a sole including an upper surface (3) that is utilized as a support surface for a foot and a bottom surface lying opposite to a top surface such that a lower side of an inner surface lies on the shoe. A layer made of a molding material e.g. plastic, is extended between the upper surface and the lower surface, and projection parts (6, 7) are arranged on the upper or lower sides. The sole includes inner and outer sides (8, 9) and an elevation part that is formed on the inner side and extended from the inner side upto 2/3 distance between the inner and outer sides of the sole.
