The device has a hermetically sealed compact device into which slaughter by-products (SNP) are conveyed and processed upto finished products in a closed tubing and container system without a contact of raw materials. An inevitable pest infestation of the SNP is precluded for finished product quality. A tissue decomposition is enabled due to depositions of nested pests i.e. warbles. A liquid phase is sedimented in AWA containers i.e. fat receptacles (9). Exhaust air is cleaned in a bio filter. A decompression of a process air flow from a sterilizer is carried-out in a capacitor.
