The system has a crankshaft carrying a round eccentric cam (2) as crankpins. A connection system is provided for connecting a connection rod (9) with the eccentric cam. An oil supply unit supplies lubricating oil under pressure to the connecting rod through channels (7) from the center of the crankshaft pierced by a longitudinal oil supply channel (3) perpendicular to the crankshaft. A guide (10) is positioned on a side of the eccentric cam, so as to prevent the side displacement of the connecting rod.
