PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloride ion penetration suppression inorganic additive agent for concrete excellent in a strength development property while suppressing chloride ion penetration of concrete.SOLUTION: The chloride ion penetration suppression inorganic additive agent for concrete consists of siliceous mineral fine powder, lithium carbonate, and expansive admixture or high early strength Portland cement, and contains the siliceous mineral fine powder of 84.5 to 91.5 mass%, the lithium carbonate of 1.0 to 3.0 mass% and the expansive admixture or the high early strength Portland cement of 7.5 to 12.5 mass%. Concrete is manufactured by blending 15 to 30 pts.mass of the chloride ion penetration suppression inorganic additive agent for concrete based on 100 pts.mass of a binder.
