PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographer support device which allows a photographer of radiography to review the positioning performed on a patient being an imaging object of the radiography and its evaluation information together with a radiation image to make good use of the information for future radiography.SOLUTION: A CPU 82 of an image inspection terminal 15 is functioned as a second reception part 86 and a second association processing part 87 with a second photographer support program 85. The second reception part 86 receives a radiation image file 40, positioning information 41, and an evaluation result 66 of positioning. The second association processing part 87 creates evaluation information 42 on the basis of the evaluation result 66 received by the second reception part 86, and attaches an order ID 51 same as the radiation image file 40 and the positioning information 41 to the evaluation information 42, thereby associating the radiation image file 40, the positioning information 41 and the evaluation information 42 with the order ID 51.
