PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene chromosome inspection management system by which acceptance of an inspection is determined to surely complete the inspection or acceptance schedule can be managed within a range not to disturb inspection accuracy, an inspection management server, a client terminal, a gene chromosome inspection management method, and a program.SOLUTION: A gene chromosome inspection management system 10 used for a gene chromosome inspection inspecting abnormalities of chromosome contained in nucleated erythrocytes derived from an embryo comprises: an inspection progress detection unit 24 which detects inspection progress with respect to a plurality of specimens at least until a particular process that is one process before a process where there is no influence from an enucleation is completed; a management unit 26 which manages progress information based on the detected progress; and an inspection reception unit 12. The management unit 26 transmits, when receiving an inspection request from the inspection reception unit 12, at least one of acceptance/unacceptance of the inspection, progress of the inspection, and prospective completion of the inspection to the inspection reception unit 12.
