PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conducting wire processing inspection device and a conducting wire processing inspection method that can improve productivity of electrical components while preventing short circuits.SOLUTION: A conducting wire processing inspection device 30 comprises: a positive electrode side curved part formation tool 40A to form a positive electrode side curved part 16 by folding a positive electrode conducting wire 11, extending from a storage battery 1, toward a base end 11a; a negative electrode side curved part formation tool 40B to form a negative electrode side curved part 26 by folding a negative electrode conducting wire 21 toward a base end 21a; a positive electrode side cutting blade 50A which functions as one measuring terminal of a voltmeter and an ampere meter by cutting a positive electrode insulating coating 15 of the positive electrode conducting wire 11 and being brought into contact with a positive electrode core wire 13 of the positive electrode conducting wire 11; and a negative electrode side cutting blade 50B which functions as the other measuring terminal of the voltmeter and the ampere meter by cutting a negative electrode insulating coating 25 of the negative electrode conducting wire 21 and being brought into contact with a negative electrode core wire 23 of the negative electrode conducting wire 21.
