Provided is a personnel evaluation support system with which it is possible to evaluate the level of capability of an evaluatee, and to improve the reliability of evaluation even when there are few evaluators. The personnel evaluation support system is provided with an evaluation recognition unit 112 and an evaluation correction unit 113. The evaluation recognition unit 112 recognizes at least three ranks of input score s_ijk for the competency (question q_k) of a first user r_i by a second user p_i on the basis of information received from a second user terminal. The evaluation correction unit 113 is configured so as to recognize evaluation capability data that pertains to the evaluation capability of the second user p_i or recognize an input state when the input score s_ijk is inputted on the basis of information received from the second user terminal, and to correct the input score s_ijk on the basis of one or both of the evaluation capability data and the input state.
