摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomarker for specifically confirming existence/nonexistence of exposure to 2.5 m or less of fine particulate matter and a method of confirmation using the same.SOLUTION: Concretely the present invention relates to a biomarker in which gene expression increases or decreases specifically by 2.5 m or less of fine particulate matter and a method for specifically confirming existence or nonexistence of exposure to 2.5 m or less of fine particulate matter using the same. The biomarker of the present invention can be usefully used to monitor and determine contamination of 2.5 m or less of fine particulate matter in an environmental sample by using response gene selected through DNA microarray tip as a biomarker and thus can be usefully used as a tool for elucidating toxicity action mechanism specifically induced by 2.5 m or less of fine particulate matter. Also provided is a method comprising synthesizing with cDNA RNAs respectively derived from a cell of a group suspected to having been exposed to 2.5 m or less of fine particulate matter and a cell of a normal control group, and labeling them with fluorescent substances to compare them.
