PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely confirm connection between an information transmission device for change of an amount of money and a currency terminal.;SOLUTION: A command module 3 confirms connection of a reader-writer 4 and an electronic money card 6 by requesting a response to the electronic money card 6 at a predetermined time interval through the reader-writer 4. When receiving a change request for an amount of money to "create the change request for the amount of money and transmit it to the electronic money card 6" from a high order terminal 2, the command module 3 requests the response to the electronic money card 6 and confirms the connection between the reader-writer 4 and the electronic money card 6 irrespective of the predetermined time interval. Thus, occurrence probability of unconfirmed processing can be reduced by confirming again the connection of the electronic money card 6 before the command module 3 transmits change information for the amount of money to the electronic money card 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
