PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional non-constant speed motor bidirectional output drive system. PSOLUTION: It is arranged so that the electric energy of an electric energy supplier 100 may drive a bidirectional non-constant speed motor 101 in the first rotational direction or in the second rotational direction different from it, via a bidirectional non-constant speed motor controller 110, by the operation signal or command of an input device 111. Rotational energy outputted from the output end of the bidirectional non-constant speed motor 101 is sent directly or via a transmission gear 104 to the input end of a constant speed ratio or different-speed ratio bidirectional output transmission gear 102. The constant speed ratio or different speed ratio bidirectional output transmission gears having different speed change ratios output rotational energy in bidirectional rotating directions at different speed change ratios, thereby driving a rotary load 103 in different drive input directions.
