Simulation of Loss Minimization Control for an Adjustable Speed Induction Motor Drive System over a Wide Frequency Range

         

摘要

This paper studies the Loss Minimization Contro (LMC) for an adjustable speed induction motor drive system. Simulation is completed with an improved loss model of the induction motor under nonlinear conditions. Simulation results are given with parameters and losses of motor analysed in detail and compared with classical U/f control.Minimum loss control rules and energy saving effect are thus established for the motor.
