PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively constructible base-isolated structure for an intermediate story of a building, and the building with multistory parking equipment.;SOLUTION: The base-isolated structure 10 for the intermediate story of the building includes: a hollow portion 12 which is vertically elongated in the building 100; mechanical multistory-parking equipment 14 which is provided in the hollow portion 12; and a base-isolating device 16 for the intermediate story which is provided on the intermediate story of the building. The mechanical multistory parking equipment 14 comprises a tower park body 18 which has a vehicle storage shelf for housing a parked vehicle, and a car lift 20 which is provided below the tower park body 18 and has a vertically-elongated lifting/lowering shaft 32 for lifting and lowering the parked vehicle to the upper tower park body 18 from a vehicle entrance 34 at a lower part.
