A proximity area detection unit configured to detect a proximity area in which the manipulation object is close to the manipulation input unit without coming in contact with the manipulation input unit. A screen component adjustment unit configured to determine a screen component area in which a screen component constituting a screen display is displayed, the determination being performed based on an overlap area, the overlap area being an area in which the screen component area and an area including the contact area detected by the contact area detection unit and the proximity area detected by the proximity area detection unit overlap.
