pA tasking system for manufacturing an electronic unit is provided. The tasking system is connected to a network platform, the electronic unit includes at least a board circuit and an IC chip corresponded to an IC program. The tasking system includes a task assignment side, a first task processing side and a second task processing side. The task assignment side is connected to the network platform for proving a task requesting table and publishes the task requesting table to the network platform, wherein the task requesting table is corresponded to the electronic unit. The first task processing side is connected to the network platform. The first task processing side constructs the IC chip in accordance with the task requesting table. The second task processing side is connected to the network platform, and the second task processing side constructs the board circuit in accordance with the task requesting table./p
