METHOD OF PREVENTING OF THE INTRAABDOMINAL INFLAMMATORY COMPLICATIONS AFTER LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY OF THE ACUTE DESTRUCTIVE CHOLECYSTITIS AND ITS COMPLICATED FORMS

Method of preventing of the intraabdominal inflammatory complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy of the acute destructive cholecystitis and its complicated forms includes the laparoscopy, the peritoneal fluid aspiration, the laparoscopic cholecystectomy. After the laparoscopic cholecystectomy the sanitation of focus of inflammation is performed with physiological sodium chloride solution with active aspiration. Further the focus of inflammation is irrigated with coliproteinic bacteriophage, and the abdominal cavity is drained. In the postoperative period in the abdominal cavity are fractionally injected through the drainages the alternating bacteriophages, one by one in turn, on pinching the drainage with further passive aspiration.
