A projector control device (10) for combining split videos projected from each of projectors (20A-20D) and projecting one video, wherein the projector control device (10) is provided with: a horizontal distribution detection unit (11) for acquiring information indicating the distribution of one or more viewers in a space in which the projectors (20A-20D) are installed; a mode selection unit (12) for selecting, by using the information indicating the distribution of one or more viewers, one mode from among a group of modes including (1) a first mode in which the width of a projection area in which the one video is shown assumes a first size and (2) a second mode in which the width of the projection area assumes a second size larger than the first size; and a mechanism control unit (13) for controlling the direction of projection for the split videos of each of the projectors (20A-20D) in order to change the arrangement of the split videos in accordance with the selected one mode.
