The present invention relates to a magnetic nanoparticle-chitosan complex for recovering microalgae and a method for recovering microalgae using the same and, more specifically, to a method for efficiently recovering microalgae biomass, wherein the method is capable of recovering microalgae simply and efficiently using the flocculation of microalgae and the magnetic nanoparticle-chitosan complex, and recycling the microalgae and thus achieving economical efficiency.
