The present invention relates to a non-powered groundwater sampling apparatus and a groundwater sampling method using the same, wherein the non-powered groundwater sampling apparatus on a terrain with a groundwater table surface is capable of conveniently sampling groundwater by having a simple structure using the principle of a siphon without a pump and power supply. According to the present invention, provided is a non-powered groundwater sampling apparatus comprising: a guide pipe having an insertion part inserted into a borehole and receiving groundwater, and having an exposure part receiving air; a first valve arranged on the exposure part, and opening or closing the inflow of the air; a branch pipe branching off from the exposure part, and receiving the groundwater or the air; a second valve opening or closing the branch pipe; a connection hose connected to the branch pipe, and having a predetermined length; and a third valve arranged on the end of the connection hose, and opening or closing the connection hose.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
