PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground water sampling device, sampling probe, and ground water sampling method capable of sampling ground water while minimizing the state change of the ground water during water sampling.SOLUTION: In a sampling probe 17, a bag-like water sampling vessel 31 is disposed in a fixed water sampling vessel 30 having a vessel-side rubber disk 32 in its bottom. A water sampling rubber disk 20 is connected to the vessel-side rubber disk 32, and ground water is sampled from a water sampling port 13 side.
