The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for calculating a radiation dose based on a tetrahedron phantom. A method of calculating a radiation dose based on a tetrahedron phantom according to the present invention includes the steps of (a) converting a polygon phantom converted from a voxel phantom into a tetrahedron phantom by using a tetrahedron algorithm; (b) applying a deformable vector field obtained from 4DCT to the tetrahedron phantom based on interpolation; and (c) dividing each surface of tetrahedrons constituting the tetrahedron phantom into plural virtual dose cells to calculate fine radiation doses of each divided virtual dose cell.
